Rode down to William Pond Park on the AR trail, swapping drafting duties with a guy who was faster than me. Rode at 22-24mph for 10 miles, feeling great, then on the way back I got the dreaded shivers. Miserable honk back in the heat, trying to get my temperature down and failing. Feel fine now, apart from a headache.
