I’ve tried, but I just can’t wrap my head around that query at the end. It makes no sense at all.

I’m thinking the query is addressed to Mr. Motorist, as in, “Will you please watch out for me?”
This kid’s mother obviously struggles with punctuation as demonstrated by the periods following each word.
